Shipping within the 48 Continental United States:
Shipping on all orders $75 or more receive FREE shipping. All orders under $75 are charged a $6 shipping fee. Your package will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on which shipping method will better service your particular package.
International Shipping:
Orders outside the continental US are charged according to postal service fees, which are far less and more up front than other carriers. These orders have to be hand delivered to the post office, however, and therefore may not leave the US for a few weeks after placing the order.
Our Packing Materials:
Shea Terra Organics uses recycled packing materials (including boxes and paper) whenever possible. We pack your order with biodegradable packing peanuts made from corn starch. Simply pour the packing peanuts into your sink, run warm water over them and they will dissolve safely down the drain.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange of equal amount. Or, simply ship the products back to us within this time with a note letting us know what you would like the products exchanged for. If you feel that the product is defective we will gladly replace the product. All ordered canceled or rejected after they are processed are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
