Proper care of shea butter: Store in cool place out of direct light. In order to prolong life of shea butter do not store in humid places such as bathrooms. Shea butter may sometimes become grainy. Slightly melt the butter by placing jar in bowl of very hot water, stir and put in freezer until resolidified.
