On the quest: Buchu leaf contains anti-inflammatory and anti-spasmodic constituents that help to provide stressed, strained muscles with relief. High in limonoids, West African touloucouna works to increase blood flow to areas of injury, reducing swelling. The analgesic properties of eucalyptus gully gum oil can help relieve pain.
