Shea Nilotik' Oil comes from shea nuts collected and sold by the women of Northern Uganda. Just a few years ago many of these women were kidnapped by the rebel army LRA and forced to march with them along with thousands of stolen children. Today women are piecing back their lives.
Many have lost their husbands and children to the LRA. Collecting and selling their nuts to the processing mill miles away has provided these women with the income they would not otherwise have.

Body: Massage a generous amount of oil into the skin. Work into the skin so the oil absorbs. Use daily to help maintain soft and supple skin.
Hair: Massage oil into the hair. Leave in for 30 minutes and shampoo out. Usually, a conditioner is not necessary after deep conditioning with Shea Nilotik' Oil. Oily hair types may leave the oil in the hair. Apply oil to 1/2 inch bottom of hair ends and leave in to help decrease splitting.
Bath: Add 1-2 squirts of oil to a warm bath. Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes. Rinse your body in a quick shower. Pat dry skin. Doing so will help leave skin incredibly soft without having to massage it into the skin.
