From our authentic East African Nilotica Shea Butter and traditional African Black Soap to rich, cold-pressed Mongongo, Black Seed, and Marula oils, our ingredients are flown in fresh from Africa to ensure maximum potency and quality.

We want you to love your skin ritual. If a product isn't the perfect fit for your skin type or preference, we are happy to help you exchange it for a product you'll adore.

10-Day Exchange Policy

While we strive to provide detailed information to help you select products tailored to your unique skin type, we understand that beauty care is personal.

  • Timeframe: You may exchange your item within 10 days of receiving your package.

  • Product Value: You can exchange your item for any product of equal value. If you select a replacement item of greater or lesser value, you will simply pay the difference or receive store credit/refund for the balance.

Defective or Damaged Products

We maintain rigorous safety and quality precautions across all of our small-batch formulations. In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will replace it right away.

  • Zero Cost to You: Defective items will be replaced and shipped to you at no additional charge.

How to Process an Exchange

Returning an item for exchange is simple and hassle-free:

  1. Notify Customer Service: Send an email to customerservice@sheaterra.com letting us know your item is en route.

  2. Pack Your Return: Place the item securely back in its original packaging or a safe shipping box.

  3. Include an Exchange Note: Insert a quick note inside the package stating:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • The specific product(s) you would like to receive in exchange.

    • (Optional) The reason for your exchange. While feedback isn't required, it helps our team refine and improve our formulas for you!

  4. Ship Your Package: Mail your return to our location below:
