This oil may be a little bitter but I find it very flavorful! To neutralize the bitternes I take a teaspoon of honey.
My doubt is about dosage. Is one teasponful a day adecuate?

This wonderful cream has a lovely fragrance, & not only that, it actually helps dry skin. I've been using it for several months on my face/cheekbones where I tend to get dry & itchy. This really does nourish my dry, frizzy hair. I use it in conjunction with the black castor and carrot seed shampoo, now my hair feels like silk and NO MORE FRIZZIES!!
