The pomegranate has long been revered as the symbol of beauty and fertility in Egypt. The fruit’s juice was drunk religiously to help cleanse the body and deter aging. Eating pomegranates were believed to improve fertility. And due to their elixir effect on the body, perhaps eating pomegranates really did improve fertility. While ancient civilizations may have valued the fruit itself, it is the oil that has won center stage in the 21st century.

Egyptian Pomegranate Seed Oil is light and highly absorbent. Studies on cold pressed pomegranate oil has revealed several unique properties not found in other oils. Egyptian pomegranate seed oil’s high level of omega-5 fatty acid in the form of punicic acid, tocopherols, ellagaic acid and flavonoids helps to offer skin the following amazing properties:

My favorite daily oil so far

I just ordered my second bottle. First it smells great. Second it is light yet moisturizing on my skin. My skin has become very combination as of late and this oil works well on my t-zone and dry cheeks. This oil does great in Florida heat in my skin. Third it is fading dark spots I acquired from pregnancy and too much time on a boat. It gives me a daily glow. I won’t be without it now that I found it.

Dreamy Oil

This oil is so dreamy and luxurious! It is so light and the scent is clean and beautiful! I mix 1-2 drops with my unscented facial moisturizer. My face is moisturized and dewy all day - it never feels pinched, dry or tight when I use this oil. It feels so good on your skin. It is one of my favorite products from Shea Terra. I have sensitive, reactive and acne prone skin. I have been using this oil as my daytime oil for years. It is a natural sunblock, has vitamin C, helps with wrinkles, and looks super gorgeous on the skin. It has a matte appearance unlike other oils. It smells super amazing. It has kept my skin and skin barrier healthy for the longest time. I swear by it!
